Refunds for damaged/faulty products:
Each product is checked prior to dispatch to ensure they are free from damage and faults. In the unlikely event that products do arrive damaged or faulty, please send an email to email@example.com including your name, order number and a photo of the defect. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After receiving photographs of the goods, we will assess the condition and if deemed damaged or faulty we will issue a full product replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of organisationstation.com.au.
